We process your order as soon as you place it. It takes 1 business day to prepare your package and will take another day to ship out from our warehouse. From then on, it all depends on your location, as you can see above. Our warehouse team takes a much deserved vacation on weekends and national holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.

The Carry-On is sized to fit official airline regulations at 21.7” x 13.7” x 9”. You can fly with it on any plane, anywhere, anytime.
Your Plevo can charge smartphones, tablets, e-readers, and anything that’s powered by a USB cord. If you want to know how much energy is available in real terms, you can charge an iPhone five times and an iPad more than once.
All the Plevo models come with an USB-C cord to charge the suitcase. The Plevo
battery can take up to 8 hours to be fully charged.
Yes. We designed the batteries in our products to be removed in a matter of seconds. You can also use our battery pack after traveling, in your normal day to day basis.
Yes! Our battery is compliant with current airline policies, FAA, TSA, and DOT regulations and meets UN/DOT 38.3 requirements. It is allowed in the cabin and can be carried onto any flight.
Here’s how you set the combination for your Plevo:
1. Download our app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Create an account or log in. After that, go to Settings Menu and then go to Password Setting.
3. Once inside Password setting screen, you need to touch on “Morse code”. There you need to enter a new 4-digit password.
4. After you have chosen your new Morse Code password, confirm it and DONE. You can use your Morse Code.
Please note that once you set your lock, no one else will know how to get in your bag—and that includes us. We suggest emailing the combo to yourself, tucking it into your passport, or saving it under a contact in your phone—anything to make sure you don’t lock yourself out.
Yes, we got you covered! Our suitcases, excluding the electronic components, are guaranteed by a lifetime warranty that covers any damage to the shell, wheels, handles, zippers, or anything else that functionally impairs the luggage. If anything breaks, we will fix or replace it for you.
The electronic components themselves are guaranteed by a two-year warranty. We will offer replacement batteries for purchase in the future and will make sure they improve with technology advancements.
All our products are protected by a limited one-year warranty, if you have any issues in your first year with your product, we’ll fix it or repair it.
We know that plans (and airline policies) are subject to change, which is why we designed the battery to be quickly removable from the start, making it compliant (and convenient) at any airport in the world. As more people traveled with our Carry-Ons and told us about their experiences, we learned that many of our customers wanted to be able to remove the battery even faster, so we developed a battery that could be instantly ejected.
- If you're checking your Carry-On
- If you check or gate-check your Carry-On, you are required to remove the battery and bring it into the cabin with you (where you can keep using it to charge your devices).
- If you're flying out of Asia: We recommend removing the battery before you go through security in Asia—they have different airport security regulations, so this will make your trip a little smoother. You can replace it once you're through.
- If you're carrying on a Delta or United Airlines flight
- If you are carrying onto a Delta or United Airlines flight, the gate agent may ask you to demonstrate that the battery is removable. You can easily remove the battery from our Carry-Ons and bring it into the cabin with you (where you can keep using it to charge your devices).
Our current Carry-On has an ejectable battery—just open the port, press on the battery, and release. It will pop right out.
1. Open the sticky cover to the right to access the battery.
2. Press forward slightly until the ejection mechanism is released.
3. Remove the battery horizontally forward, without making any upward or lateral pressure.
All the way. Every Plevo is approved to be carried on to any flight (with the battery in place) or to be checked (with the battery removed) and complies with all regulations from individual airlines, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), International Air Transport Association (IATA), and Department of Transportation (DOT), and meets UN/DOT 38.3 requirements.
Since these policies are still new, everyone at the airlines (or in line at security) might not be as up-to-date as you. If an employee ever has a question about your bag (or the rules), you can find the policies of the major US airlines below.

Scuffs and spills happen. Clean your bag's exterior shell and interior nylon lining using a soft, damp cloth, warm water, and mild soap. It'll scrub right up. Be careful, water in excess can cause damage to the electronics.
When you're not traveling, slip the canvas dust bag over your suitcase before storing. If you have suitcases in multiple sizes, you can nest them inside each other to save space: Just unzip the left side of the larger suitcase and set the smaller one inside-with the wheels all facing the same direction-then zip the larger bag closed.
Your packing cubes are made of premium nylon and can be spot-cleaned with warm water, gentle laundry soap, and a washcloth. We do not recommend that you run them through the washer or dryer.
